Mr. Vincent Tiong Eng Ming commenced his career in real estate professional services and consultancy more than 25 years ago. His core competencies were in valuation and property management, and he was involved in the management of a wide range of properties including commercial office buildings, retail complexes, flatted industrial buildings and high-rise condominiums and apartments.
Vincent was attached to a listed property development company where he was responsible for providing professional services and expertise in all aspects of property management of strata titled developments. He was also actively involved in the company’s Facility Management initiatives, providing input on the structure and formulation of Standard Operation Procedures for the initiative.
Vincent served as a Director in a private property consultancy company, heading the property management division across a wide range of properties. He subsequently held senior executive roles in the residential property management and property management consultancy sectors, accumulating deep expertise across the full spectrum of Malaysian real estate. He was a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia.
It was this extraordinary depth of experience and his unwavering professionalism that he brought to PropLead from the very beginning, forming the foundation on which this organisation was built.
